GI Profile Sheet
We manufacture GI profile sheet in thicknesses from 0.30 mm up to 0.70 mm, so you can pick what suits your project, whether that’s something lightweight or a heavier-duty option. The standard width is 1 meter, and lengths aren’t fixed — we cut to whatever size length you need, short runs or long, based on your order.
Colors and finishes
Most of our profile sheets go out in Offwhite RAL 9002, but we also do a full range of RAL colors. Some of the common ones customers ask for:

Profile Sheet Specifications
Our Profile Sheet is manufactured as per ASTM A653 (for GI) and ASTM A792 standards, with a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa or equivalent.
Coating Options
- Regular polyester coating – 25 micron + 7 micron
- PVDF coating – 2-layer or 3-layer system from 25 microns to 65 microns, single-side or both-side (top and bottom) PVDF coated
Sizes
Single Skin Profile Sheet is available in lengths from 1 meter to 12 meters, manufactured to custom length as per your project requirement.
Aluzinc Profile Sheets and Corrugated Profile Sheets come in RAL off-white color. Polyester coated steel roof cladding sheets, however, offer an extensive color range — letting you match aesthetics with environmental and performance needs.. Both types feature a light grey coating on the reverse side.

Fixing Don’ts
- Don’t cut sheets with an abrasive disc cutter.
- Don’t attempt to attempt to solder pre-painted steel surfaces.
- Don’ts use lead-headed nails.
