Standard process of the roofing sheet manufacturing
- Metal Coil : To initiate the material manufacturing process, the metals are first purified and converted into metal coils. The rolling machine is used to run these metal coils and reduce their thickness to achieve the desired grade. The grades for the rolling sheet vary depending upon the raw material used.
- Roller former : Specialized cutting equipment cuts metal roofing sheets and panels to the required length and shape.
- Design : Profile design adjusted for desired panel designs, often using 18/76 profile, then produced as seam panel with roll former. The successive roll makes the bend into the metal and shapes it effectively.
- Computer control unit : Firstly, metal roofing sheet manufacturers use a computer control unit to make manufacturing changes such as speed, control, operation and panel length. Secondly in addition to that, a controlled computer unit makes it easy to adjust the roll forming machine as per the requisite. Moreover, a smart computer unit automates manufacturing by running the coil and cutting the panel to a specific length.
